Core services include the maintenance and linking of millions of articles and master vehicle data, the regular review/revision of the supplier strategy, securing a high level of availability of all available products, customer support and field services through training sessions and hotlines and managing a transparent price policy. These central services can be summarized in 3 pillars: central product range design / definition of the SAG Group, central technical support (TechPool) of the SAG Group and the central purchasing company of the SAG Group.
