We are very happy and proud to announce the appointment of Arpad Csehi as the new CEO of SAG-Autonet Group.
Cham, 1. October 2018
SAG-Autonet has successfully expanded in the past years. In the light of this great evolution we have decided to take several measures both on the Board of Directors and on the management level in order to strengthen the organization and to optimally set up the company for the future.
First the SAG-Autonet Board of Directors is extended by welcoming both founders and shareholders of Autonet-Group. Mihaly Lieb and Zoltan Kondor are new Board Members of our SAG-Autonet Group as of September 19, 2018. We are delighted to complement our expertise in the Board of Directors with their profound knowledge of the Eastern European markets.
Sandro Piffaretti will discontinue his dual function as the Delegate of the Board of Directors and as the CEO of the SAG-Autonet Group. He will focus on his role as Delegate of the Board of Directors and concentrate on the strategic development of the SAG-Autonet Group. Therefore he will step down as CEO of the Group. Mihaly Lieb will assume the role of Vice-Delegate of the Board of Directors and closely work with Sandro Piffaretti.
We are very happy and proud to announce the appointment of Arpad Csehi as the new CEO of SAG-Autonet Group. Today, Arpad Csehi is the CEO of Romania and he will assume his new function as of October 1, 2018. He will build on our strategy and optimally use the various capabilities within our Group to fuel further growth. Optimal coordination with the regional CEOs will be key, i.e. with Joël Souchon (CEO Switzerland / Belgium and Group Deputy CEO), Bruno Weidenthaler (CEO Austria and Slovenia), Christian Doser (CEO Hungary). Arpad Csehi will remain CEO of Romania in the transition period.
