ESG Commitment.

Supporting sustainable Development through responsible Business Practices.

At Swiss Automotive Group, Sustainability is embedded in our core business. By supporting the repair and maintenance of vehicles, we contribute to extending their lifespan, reducing resource consumption and promoting responsible mobility.

We believe that maintaining and optimising existing vehicles plays a key role in making mobility more sustainable while keeping it accessible. In this context, our activities directly support a more efficient use of resources across the entire vehicle lifecycle.

At the same time, we recognise our broader responsibility as a European automotive group. Our ESG commitment is built on clear environmental, social and governance principles, aligned with our long-term business objectives. Through this, we aim to create sustainable value for our customers, employees and partners, while upholding high standards of ethical business practices and supporting inclusive growth.

Environment

1. Circular Economy
Our vision is to contribute to sustainable mobility. Therefore, maximising the value retention throughout the entire life cycle of vehicles is a priority. With our range, depth and breadth of services, we are supporting local garages in repairing cars and, with that, prolonging the life cycle of vehicles.

2. Responsible Value Chain
We are committed to increasing sustainability and environmental awareness in our supply chain while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

3. Emissions and Consumption Reduction
We aim to reduce energy consumption and emissions by optimising the last mile delivery operations and increasing energy performance.

Environment

Social

1. Equity and Inclusion
Our working environment is based on respect for human rights and the principle of equal opportunities and treatment of employees. The Group is committed to mitigating any adverse impact through preventive compliance measures and human rights due diligence processes.

2. Health and Safety
The Group operates across all levels of the organisation to foster and maintain a culture that prioritises the safety of all employees. Measures such as safety trainings in warehouses, provision of secure workwear and occupational safety inspections have been implemented and are continuously improved.

3. Quality Education
We believe that fostering the training and education of people is crucial to develop and retain talent in the Group. We are investing in our human capital and talent through dedicated internal programs. The success of this training is directly reflected in improvements to quality and efficiency.
