At Swiss Automotive Group, sustainability is embedded in our business model. By extending the lifespan of vehicles, we help reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote responsible mobility. Every repair, every part, and every service we provide contributes to a longer, more efficient use of existing vehicles, making a real impact on environmental performance.

Sustainability at Swiss Automotive Group is not an add-on — it’s the essence of what we do every day. By maintaining and optimizing existing vehicles, we help protect the environment while keeping mobility accessible for everyone.

We believe that sustainable mobility is key to preserving individual freedom. Our vision is to make mobility accessible while aligning environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals with long-term business success. We aim to create shared value through ethical practices, inclusive growth, and responsible innovation.

Our Initiatives.

Dual Education Program

Through a vocational education initiative across seven campuses (with three more planned), Swiss Automotive Group currently supports 161 students, offering practical skills and real-world training. The goal is to reach 300 participants, creating pathways for sustainable careers in the automotive sector.

Sustainability Workshop

Held in Cheile Grădiștei, this event brought together industry stakeholders for an open exchange on sustainability challenges and opportunities. Participants discussed practical ways to balance environmental goals with economic realities, sparking new perspectives and partnerships for future action.
A follow-up survey and interactive e-learning module extended the initiative’s impact beyond the event. They enable professionals to share experiences, deepen their knowledge, and apply sustainability principles in real-world business contexts.

Satu Mare Afterschool Program

This education-focused project supports 29 children with structured learning, tutoring, and enrichment activities beyond regular school hours, helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Turda Community Park

In partnership with the local municipality, Swiss Automotive Group supported the development of Turda Community Park, a vibrant green space designed to enrich everyday life. The park offers residents a welcoming environment for recreation, relaxation, and community connection. It reflects our commitment to social sustainability by fostering well-being, inclusivity, and shared public value.
