shared success. It is therefore important that we all make responsible and ethical choices in our daily work. Our actions 
directly influence our culture, impact our public reputation and 
ultimately shape how our Employees, Partners and Customers 
perceive Swiss Automotive Group.

To provide all our colleagues with a strong foundation, we have prepared 
this Code of Conduct. Although the Code will help to guide 
our actions, no code can explicitly define appropriate practices for 
every situation, obstacles or difficult choices that we will be confronted 
with while doing our work. While the Code serves as a guide 
for good business conduct, it relies on the personal judgement 
of each and every one of us to act with integrity and to uphold the 
principles outlined in the Code.
