Our Group Functions.

People Connecting the Group Across Countries.

Around 180 employees based at the Group headquarters in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, and in seven additional countries work at Group level. They all share one mission: to connect and support all companies of the Swiss Automotive Group and enable the execution of the Group’s strategy across all markets.

Our Group Functions operate centrally and across borders, serving all companies within Swiss Automotive Group . In areas such as Logistics, IT, or Finance, they develop Group-wide strategies, processes, and systems that support our local businesses and create value across the entire organisation.

By creating shared standards and enabling close international collaboration, the Group Functions unlock synergies, drive efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Their work plays a key role in shaping the long-term success and future readiness of Swiss Automotive Group as a whole.
