(1961, Swiss citizen, PhD of Law from the University of Zurich) He began his career as a credit officer at the Bank of New York, in the USA before becoming CFO of Tyrolit (Swarovski Group). He then worked for McKinsey & Company, ultimately as Partner. In 2002, he co- founded Spectrum Value Management Ltd., where he later served as CEO. Since retiring in 2021, he remains on its Board of Directors and runs his family-owned investment firm LBK Capital Group. He also serves on the Boards of SCI AG, IHAG Holding and Alcon (NYSE: ALC). He is also a former board member of Holcim and of Rieter.
