SAG to divest Slovenian operations to Tokic Group
Swiss Automotive Group has signed an agreement to sell SAG SLO d.o.o. (Matik Slovenia) to Tokic Group, marking a further step in the strategic development of SAG’s portfolio. With its strong regional presence and local market expertise, Tokić Group provides a solid foundation for the continued development of the Slovenian business and the Matik brand. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, with closing expected in Q4 2026.
