We recommend reviewing the job description carefully and taking time to understand the key responsibilities and requirements of the role. Learning more about Swiss Automotive Group, our business areas and our values will help you prepare for a meaningful and engaging conversation.
Be ready to talk about your professional experience, highlight relevant projects or achievements and explain how your skills and background relate to the role. Reflecting on situations where you took responsibility, solved challenges or learned from experience can be particularly helpful.
For role‑specific interviews, it will be useful to refresh technical knowledge or prepare practical examples related to the position. We value open communication, curiosity and authenticity, and encourage you to prepare questions to learn more about the role, the team and the way we work.
The interview process typically consists of three interviews, although the structure may vary depending on the seniority of the role.
The first interview focuses on mutual expectations, motivation and cultural fit. The second interview is role‑specific and explores your professional experience, technical skills and job‑related competencies. The final interview involves additional stakeholders, such as your potential supervisor or future colleagues, and focuses on collaboration, responsibilities and impact. For us, soft skills are just as important as technical expertise.
Interviews are generally conducted online. The final interview usually takes place on site. You may meet members of the HR team, the direct supervisor and potential colleagues during the process.
