(1969, Swiss citizen, lic. rer. pol., MBA) He founded Activa Holding (now Derendinger Holding) in 1997 and joined Swiss Automotive Group as Vice Chairman of Derendinger AG. Over the years, he held various senior leadership positions within the Group. He was Executive Chairman from 2020 to 2025 and has been Chairman since January 2026.
