SAG to divest Slovenian operations to Tokic Group

Swiss Automotive Group (SAG) has signed an agreement to sell 100% of the shares in SAG SLO d.o.o. (Matik Slovenia) to Tokić Group, a leading automotive aftermarket company in the Adriatic region.

The transaction represents a further step in the strategic development of SAG’s portfolio.Tokić Group already has a strong presence in Slovenia through Bartog and combines local market expertise with significant regional scale. We believe this provides a strong foundation for the sustainable development of the Slovenian business and the Matik brand going forward.

Following completion of the transaction, the business is expected to continue its operations in Slovenia under the Matik brand.

The transaction remains subject to the required merger clearance and other customary closing conditions. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.the Matik team for their continued commitment and look forward to supporting a smooth transition.
